The Pause That Changes Everything
Your Space to Reset
10th - 12th April
DISCOVER THE NSW YOGA WELLBEING RETREAT
10th - 12th April 2026
This is my fourth time bringing a group together for this weekend of deep rest and renewal, and every year it becomes more powerful. The moment you arrive, something softens. The noise drops away, your shoulders lower, and you finally get space to breathe again. This weekend is designed to steady your nervous system, strengthen your body, and give you the clarity you’ve been craving in your everyday life. It’s a reset in the truest sense, the pause that lets you remember who you are and what you need. You’ll move, you’ll rest, you’ll reconnect, and you’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer and grounded from the inside out..
Are you ready to make 2026 extraordinary?
GIVE YOURSELF THIS WEEKEND
REJUVENATE, REALIGN, RECONNECT
Where you’ll be
Set in the peaceful Hawkesbury region, this property sits high on the ridge with sweeping views, fresh air and complete stillness.
It’s only a short drive from Sydney, but it feels like you’ve stepped into another world. Spacious rooms, beautiful communal areas, outdoor decks that overlook the valley and quiet pockets of nature to wander through. I
t’s the kind of environment that naturally calms your system the moment you arrive. Everything is set up so you can truly switch off… space to rest, space to move, space to breathe.
Nourish your body with healthy DELICIOUS food prepared for you
The food on this weekend is genuinely incredible. You’ll enjoy beautiful three-course meals, all healthy, fresh and designed to fuel your body without feeling heavy. One of the real luxuries of getting away is not having to cook, plan or even think about food prep. Everything is taken care of for you.
The chefs at Noonaweena create a menu that’s balanced, nourishing and tailored to support your energy across the whole weekend. Every meal is designed to help you feel steady, clear and satisfied.
You’ll head home not just nourished and energised from the food and the yoga, but inspired to bring more balanced eating into your daily life — for yourself and for your family.
A Day in the Life on your Retreat
Your mornings begin gently. The sun comes through the trees, the air is quiet, and you move straight into a yoga practice that opens your body and clears your head. It’s strong enough to make you feel alive, supportive enough to meet you exactly where you are.
After class, you’ll enjoy a nourishing breakfast before easing into slow time - space to rest, journal, wander the gardens or simply enjoy being still without a single demand on you.
Late mornings or midday sessions shift into practical wellbeing work. Breathwork, nervous system resets, simple tools for energy and balance, and ways to support yourself long after the weekend ends. Everything is designed to blend into real life, not overwhelm it.
Afternoons are spacious. This is on purpose. Take a nap, read on the deck, walk the property, chat with new friends or enjoy complete silence. This is your time to decompress and let your system recalibrate.
We gather again later in the day for a slower, grounding practice — stretches, restorative poses, deep breathing — the kind that releases the tension you didn’t realise you were carrying.
Evenings are calm and unrushed. Beautiful food, quiet conversations, early nights and the kind of rest that finally allows your mind to stop spinning.
You finish each day feeling softer, clearer and genuinely grounded from the inside out.
Whats included in ths Retreat for you.

Amber is an amazing teacher. Her attention to alignment and what is right for your body is amazing. She always hosts her retreats and beautiful venues and has a strong connection with nutrition so the food is amazing.
