The Steady Path is a small, guided 4-week group for midlife women who feel mentally overloaded, low on energy, and unsure how to move forward - and don’t want to do it alone.

This group offers structure, guidance, and nervous-system-aware support to help you stabilise your energy and find a pace that actually works in real life.

How it Works -

The Steady Path is designed to feel supportive and manageable, even when life is full. Each week, we meet live in a small group so you’re guided step by step, with space to ask questions, reflect, and apply what you’re learning in a way that suits your own circumstances. There’s no pressure to perform or keep up — the focus is on creating steady progress that fits into real life, not adding more to your plate.

4 week Program:

  • Small group (6–8 women)

  • Weekly live sessions

  • Coaching, breathing, and integration

  • Sundays, 4–5pm AEDT

  • Live online (Zoom)
