From Burnout to Balance
My Journey behind the Practice - My wellness journey began in my twenties, after overcoming an eating disorder. I found yoga in Indonesia, and it quickly became a lifeline — a way to rebuild my energy and feel truly connected again.
I spent 12 years living in Bali, running a thriving clothing business with an international team. On the surface, I had it all — success, staff, sunshine. But I was burnt out. Behind the scenes? Panic attacks, exhaustion, and a deep sense of disconnection.
Yoga, mindfulness, and coaching brought me back. That experience drives everything I do now — and it's why I built my online yoga business: to offer tools that are accessible, sustainable, and life-changing, no matter where you are or how busy your life is.
A Global Life - A Consistent Practice
Wellness that moves with you - After meeting my husband, I moved to Australia with my two children. We later welcomed our third and even lived on two boats in the Caribbean for a time. These experiences shaped my understanding of the flexible, global lifestyle many of my clients lead.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast, I work with people all over the world through guided programs, coaching, and retreats.
My clients are often midlife professionals who are juggling a lot - careers, families, big goals , and secretly running on empty.

My work is grounded, practical, and designed for real life - not ideal circumstances.
I help women build strength, clarity, and capacity in a way that respects where they are now, not where they think they “should” be. That means supporting the nervous system first, reducing overwhelm, and creating small, sustainable shifts that actually stick.
Movement, breath, and reflection are used intentionally, not to push harder, but to restore balance, focus, and trust in the body again.
The goal isn’t perfection or performance. It’s feeling steady, capable, and resourced enough to meet life as it is.
Rather than adding more to your plate, my approach simplifies. We work with your energy, your responsibilities, and your pace, so wellbeing becomes something that supports your life - not another thing to manage.
This is about doing less, more deliberately - and feeling better for it.
