The end of Year Reset Retreat

2nd November - 5th November 2026

The year moves quickly.

Work expands, responsibilities grow, and life fills with the things that matter, family, commitments, travel, projects, all the moving parts of a full life.

But by the time November arrives, many of us realise we’ve been running at pace for far longer than we intended.

And then December suddenly appears.

Most people reach the end of the year exhausted, promising themselves that next year they’ll do things differently.

This retreat is about changing that pattern.

Instead of arriving at Christmas depleted, you take a few days in November to reset your body, settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself before the final stretch of the year.

Four days to slow down.
To move.
To breathe.
To reflect on the year that’s been and how you want to move into the next one.

And once this is in your calendar, something shifts.

Because no matter how full the year becomes, you know that

this time is waiting for you.

For over 32 years, I have dedicated my life to wellness, movement, and transformation, guiding high-performing individuals through the art of balance, strength, and deep restoration. I have taught yoga across continents, coached leaders through burnout, and curated retreats that go beyond relaxation—they create lasting change. And now, I have the privilege of hosting a deeply personal, high-level retreat at one of the most remarkable wellness sanctuaries in the world - Soma Byron Bay.

This is more than a retreat; it’s a rare intersection of the right teacher, the perfect space, and a pivotal moment in your life. You may recognize Soma from Nine Perfect Strangers, but beyond its cinematic beauty, it is a 22-acre sanctuary designed for profound renewal. Here, in this extraordinary space, we will recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and lay the foundation for deep, lasting vitality.

The Yoga Space

Each day will begin gently, with a sunrise meditation and breathwork practice to settle the nervous system and bring you fully into the day.

From there we move into a slow flow / vinyasa yoga class in Soma’s beautiful yoga dome, a light-filled, peaceful space designed for deep practice and connection. Over the course of the retreat we’ll gradually expand the practice, building strength, mobility and awareness in a way that supports your body and stage of life.

After practice you’ll enjoy a nourishing breakfast made from fresh, organic produce.

Alongside the movement sessions, I’ll also share a series of relaxed wellness conversations focused on the stage of life many of us are in now. We’ll explore topics such as hormones, sleep, energy, stress and how to support your body as it evolves through midlife and beyond.

We will also spend time exploring the power of the breath. You’ll learn simple, practical breathwork techniques that can help regulate your nervous system, improve sleep and shift your stress response, tools you can easily integrate into daily life long after the retreat ends.

This retreat is about far more than yoga alone.

It’s an opportunity to step back, reconnect with your body and give yourself the space to reset physically, mentally and emotionally before the end of the year.

Nestled in the lush hinterland of Byron Bay, Soma is the kind of place that instantly makes you exhale. Just arriving here invites your shoulders to drop and your nervous system to settle. Designed as a true sanctuary for restoration, Soma blends sleek modern architecture with warmth and soul - creating the perfect backdrop to slow down and reconnect.

Surrounded by 22 acres of stunning forest with thousands of native plant species, you’ll have space to roam, reflect, and simply be. Take a dip in the freshwater infinity pool, wander through the trees, or sweat it out gently in the red light sauna. Whether you’re craving stillness or inspiration, this space holds you - and helps you refill your cup in every way.
