Wellness is defined as ‘the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.’

If we are not actively pursuing health and wellness, its not just going to happen. However our bodies are very resilient but the stress and the everyday tolls that we are now under is often too much for our bodies to cope with and this is where we come unstuck. We need a plan.

The key to eating for wellness is not necessarily what foods to eat, but rather how and when we eat them. In all our programs we work on keeping inflammation down, gut flora balanced and eating to fuel the body.

Preparing healthy food may be the last thing you want to do when you’re pressed for time and strung out. But rest assured that your time and effort will pay off in a big way. Stress has an impact on our nutrition and on how our body functions.

If we flood our body with great nutrition and herbs this supports and balances out our system. I think starting with getting the balance of feeling good which means feeling healthy is priority. If you have boundless energy you are sleeping well and you feel good about yourself then everything is easier to deal with, so reality is you will feel more balanced.

I believe that many experts, focusing on weight loss as the ultimate goal, get it back-to-front. Here we are about promoting a consistent set of healthy behaviours would see the whole population healthier in the long run.
