So, I have been thinking a lot about breathing lately. And the truth is, I don't think we take it as seriously as we should.

Breath is life, and when you don't breathe properly, things can go downhill pretty fast. Did you know that your breath is the only connection between your body and your mind? It's true! And if you don't take care of it, your whole body suffers. Your mind suffers. Your relationships suffer. Your vitality suffers.

In fact, there's some research that shows that if you hold your breath for more than six seconds, your brain will start to shut down and you'll be unconscious within 20 seconds. That's pretty scary! 

The good news is that understanding the way your body breathes can help keep it healthy and vital. And there are lots of different ways to learn how to breathe properly.
